This primitive knife sheath is sometimes called an Indian style sheath. Your belt slips over the sheath then through the slot, holding it securely against your waist. Your knife is almost completely enclosed.
Finished with rivets, and reinforced with leather insert along the rear edge, this sheath accepts a blade up to 1-3/4" wide and 7-1/2" length. Ideal for our famous Russell's Green River knife blade, sold separately, or your favorite hunting knife blade.
The slot will accept belts up to 3-1/4" wide. When worn on a brown belt, with a brown western or military holster, this sheath is at home on the range.
