This finely made plug bayonet has an 10-1/4" blade. The forged blade is very neatly decoratively filed on the 5-1/2" long spine blendiing into the top edge. The blade has the touch mark of Glenn McClain near the spine and guard. The 4-3/8" long handle is made of turned ash with an iron guard, bolster, and buttcap. The guard is decoratively shaped and has a screw driver blade, and the other end has a brass end to act as a knapping hammer. The scabbard is made of black leather with forged steel mounts & belt hook.
