This banded powder horn has two horn bands secured to the body with small brads. The horn has a gray brown body with a few scattered lighter areas. The applied tip is turned and fitted to the horn with small brads. The horn measures 14" around the outside curve from the tip to the end base. The turned mushroom knob adds about 3/4" to the overall length. Small iron nails secure the base to the horn. A turned wooden stopper is fitted. Add a leather or woven strap and this horn is ready to go!
